Within their heads of disagreement they are stating they want to deploy the Optimised Delivery Model 4 into 3 duties method change. This is following a meeting we had yesterday with EP. The Dispute Resolution Process now results in one month

Today we have informed the Communication Workers Union (CWU) that we will move discussions regarding deployment of Universal Service reform into our Achieving National Agreement Procedure in an effort to reach agreement. Universal Service reform is essential for our future and any further delay in deploying the changes threatens our financial resilience, particularly at a time of significantly increased costs for Royal Mail.
