Owain Beaumont, our current Branch Secretary for Scotland No2 branch, is looking for your vote in gaining a position on the NEC (National Executive) PEC (Postal Executive).

Scotland needs strong representation on this platform.

As I’m sure we can all agree, Scottish members have suffered hugely from the impact of Royal Mail’s recent network changes. With Owain directly involved at this level it adds an extremely strong voice for all Scottish members going forward.

We need a strong voice to challenge Royal Mail on your duty times, which have been affected negatively due to a shambolic network profile into the Scottish Mail pipeline.

Owain will bring his determination, commitment and knowledge to the NEC/PEC platform for the better of all CWU members in all the challenges we face going forward.
